Can you organise travel insurance for me?

Travel insurance is extremley important and we will provide a quote once we receive your booking. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.

FAQ’S REGARDING FLIGHTS:

Can you book flights for us?

We are more than happy to assist with flight bookings.
Your travel dates, travel class and airline can all be set up per your choice. You can even give yourself more or less time by extending or shortening your trip.

Whilst variations and date changes may affect the overall cost, we will discuss this at the beginning of your booking in order to help you get the best value outcome.

We are unable to provide any part of a confirmation or look at variations until we receive your booking form and deposit.

FAQ’S REGARDING YOUR INCLUDED ACCOMMODATION:

What type of Accommodation do you use?

All of our accommodation is chosen to showcase the city or area. We want you in the thick of things so that you can walk out of your hotel each day and savour the delights of the area or city. Where appropriate, you need to be able to walk to lots of good restaurants and bars, markets and sights. When the scenery is right, you need to be able to gaze over mountains, the ocean or quaint small towns and villages. Our chosen hotels are not likely to be multi-storey modern cookie-cutter hotels. We dont skimp on selected accommodation. You should be comfortable and in good quality accommodation. The majority of hotels chosen will be small, 4star or good 3star hotels. Some Quests, and in particular those with the tag of TOP DRAWER, will offer a 5 star experience. OUTTA HERE Quests (see section re tags below) use quality hostels as well as Air B&B's and good budget hotels. MI FAMILIA Quests cater for families in quality apartments and holidays homes, as well as family resorts.

Your prices are for 2, can this be changed?

Yes, this is normally possible. We can ammend hotels to accommodate one or three. Most hotels will accommodate a third person in a roll-away or you must share existing bedding. We will provide a modest single supplement for anyone wishing to travel solo. We can also accommodate larger family groups in 2 or 3 bedroom apartments and holiday homes. Ensuring value for families, particularly during holidays, is a priority. Again, booking early and a completed booking request form with all your specifics is key to being able to accommodate your requests.

FAQ’S REGARDING QUEST TAGS:

What is the difference between Mi Familia, Outta Here, Get up and Go & Top Drawer Quests?

You may see the above tags on particular Quests. This means they have been designed with a specific traveller in mind.

Mi Familia are special family Quests, often priced for the next round of school holidays. These trips are typically priced for 2 adults and 2 children, are slower in pace and include interactive elements that engage children.

Outta Here Quests have been designed and priced for the next round of Uni holidays. Whether the breaks be long or short, these trips are good value and often cheaper if you have 3 or 4 friends travelling. These can be fast paced but usually have some chill out time somewhere enviable.

Get Up and Go are active Quests which include a walk, bike ride, hike or even kayak or sail. Please be sure to carefully consider your fitness.

Top Drawer Quests will appeal to those who are used to the finer things in life or anyone looking to tick off a Bucket List item.
